  • Shipping & Delivery

    We take great pride in being able to ship most order in 1 to 2 business days. Many times we ship the same day.

    Shipping is via UPS. All shipping methods available are dependent on the shipping address. US orders only at this time, we do NOT accept International Orders.

    We cannot accept an order for APO/FPO addresses or PO Boxes

  • Returns & Replacements

    Because our products come in contact with food, we are unable to accept returns due to buyers remorse. To help you get exactly the right box, you can order a sample of up to 4 items * coming soon *. No cost for the boxes, simply pay for shipping.

    If you receive your order and find an error or they were damaged in shipping, please do not return them. Simply take a few photos that show the error or damage and email them to us at service@betterbakersbox.com. This allows us to recover damages from the shipper or correct our mistake. Most importantly it speeds up BBB sending you what you wanted in the first place, premium bakery boxes that are ready to use!

  • Returns Due to Undeliverable

    Orders are sometimes returned to us by the shipper after several attempts to deliver because no one was there to receive the order. The freight company still charges BBB with the shipping even though they were not officially delivered. If we reship the order they charge us an additional shipping fee. We can either resend your order with the extra shipping charge or refund the original cost of the purchase minus the shipping cost.

  • Samples

    If you would like to try our boxes to make sure they are what you want, you can order a sample of up to 4 different items at no charge. Simply pay the cost of shipping. Please limit 1 free sample order per customer. * coming soon *.
